This was our first time staying in an RV, and we had a ball. Kelly's RV is clean and cozy -- the aesthetics are thoughtful and comfy and make you feel right at home. We were 2 people staying in this RV, and picked it because it was a great deal for the price -- guess what! the RV can fit another 3-4 people which would make it an unbelievable and possibly the best deal in the Keys! Kelly was friendly and responsive and she had clear guidelines for our stay -- the Kampground itself is quite close to John Pennekamp State Park which has snorkeling opportunities and nice beaches. Kelly also has great connections to local guides who are knowledgeable and wonderful humans -- we went on our first night kayaking trip with Adam, a friend of Kelly's, and saw roosting pelicans, needlefish, sharks and other wildlife. :) We didn't want for anything during our stay. The RV has a laidback vibe, and is well equipped with almost everything. 10/10 would stay again! :)

Kelly went above and beyond to make our stay very special. I booked this after last minute moving our trip from Cape Coral due to Hurrican Ian. She was more than welcoming. I shared with her I was planning to ask my fiance (gf at the time) to marry me during this vacation. She was very excited and helped me plan the perfect proposal. I would highly recommend staying with Kelly and would give her 10 out of 10. Such a great person and amazing host. We will be forever blessed with how special she was able to make the week that we stayed in Key Largo. The camper was perfect and was setup up perfectly. there is nothing that we would change about the place.

This place served as a fantastic home base for a week for me. It was incredibly clean and comfortable and I would not hesitate to book the location again! Kelly was very responsive when I had questions and helpful in every way. Even the night I arrived, she ensured that I made it into the property and had what I needed to get started with my stay.
The RV is clean, well-equipped with what you need, and comfortable for hanging out in and getting a good night’s rest. The location has so many activities to conveniently access nearby and several great restaurants, plus a grocery store just by the main road to be able gather food to cook either inside or out while you enjoy your stay. The pool area of the campground is also a nice feature and laundry on site for longer stays is a plus. It’s a pretty quiet campground for the time I was there, and easy access with quiet hours were appreciated. I was truly able to enjoy some peace and quiet while I was here.
This listing is at the top of my list for all the Air BnBs I have stayed. I wish and would have stayed longer, but it was already booked for a few days starting the day I left. If you choose to stay here, please take good care of it so we can all continue to come back and enjoy! 🤗

September 2022 sabbatical stay
If you don't live in close proximity to your property, then you know the importance of having a network of people you can trust. Because we have our own Airbnb business, we have made some really incredible connections. We have a plumber, an electrician and a local handyman that all do great work!

Our goal is to make sure each and every guest has a 5 star experience, because with airbnb... a 4.8 doesn't cut it.

We have made charcuterie boards and even home cooked meals when asked. We recently had a guest that got engaged so we rushed over while they were at dinner (at the request of the new fiancé) to surprise her with a bottle of champagne and roses spread out on the bed.
